Sen. Fasano Participates in “To Kill a Mockingbird” Read-A-Thon

Senator Len Fasano (R-North Haven) participated in the North Haven Barnes and Noble To Kill a Mockingbird Read-A-Thon on Monday July 13. Community leaders and others were invited to read parts of the book by authored by Harper Lee in half hour time slots to celebrate the importance of the novel. Senator Fasano was followed by his colleague in the Senate, Senator Gary Winfield (D-New Haven). The event was held in concurrence with the release of Lee’s highly anticipated second novel, Go Set a Watchman.
