Winter skills sessions registration is now open! Winter skill clinics are a fun way to stay involved with soccer during the off-season and improve your speed, agility and foot skills before the upcoming spring season. All sessions are held at the North Haven Middle School Gym. Please be sure to wear sneakers!!
Please note that this year the club is not organizing teams for indoor leagues at local facilities. These skill sessions are the only club organized winter sessions.
We are offering the following 6-week clinics. Placement in the various sessions will be based on the team you played on in the fall 2013 or your age appropriate group if you did not play this past fall. Please note that each session is limited to 40 participants and costs $60.
- U6 players: Fridays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7 and 14 (snow date Feb 21) – PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROGRAM WILL ONLY ACCEPT U6 PLAYERS NOT U5 OR U4 PLAYERS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. PAST EXPERIENCE HAS PROVEN THAT IN THE CONFINES OF THE SMALLER GYM SPACE, THE PROGRAM IS NOT MEANINGFUL AND EDUCATIONAL FOR ANYONE BELOW THE U6 LEVEL.
- U7 & U8 players: Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5 and 12 (snow date Feb 19)
- U9 & U10 In-town players: Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm on Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5 and 12 (snow date Feb 19)
- Step Up & Devo boys & girls players: Fridays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm on Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7 and 14 (snow date Feb 21)
- U11 & U12 boys & girls players: Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 pm on Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5 and 12 (snow date Feb 19)
- U13 & U14 boys & girls players: Friday from 7:30 to 8:30 pm on Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7 and 14 (snow date Feb 21)
- U15 to U19 boys & girls players: Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 pm on Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5 and 12 (snow date Feb 19)
