Jason Bartlett, Mayor-Elect Toni Harp’s campaign manager, will be the new director of youth services, while one of her Democratic opponents, Sundiata Keitazulu, has also been hired as a community grant organizer.Other familiar names pop up in the latest personnel report distributed to the Board of Alders on Friday, days before Harp will be sworn in as mayor on Jan. 1. The list was obtained by the Register.
Stephen Fontana, a former state representative from North Haven, who was involved in policy issues for Harp during her campaign, has been named deputy director of economic development, pending civil service testing.
