Paul Cicarella Earns Public Safety Endorsements from North Haven Police Union, Connecticut State Fraternal Order of Police and the New Haven Police Union

Support follows previous public safety endorsements from the Police Officer’s Association of Connecticut and the Connecticut State Police Union.

State Senate candidate Paul Cicarella has earned multiple public safety endorsements this month including support from the North Haven Police Union, Connecticut State Fraternal Order of Police and the New Haven Police Union. These endorsements follow previous public safety endorsements from the Police Officer’s Association of Connecticut and the Connecticut State Police Union.

“I deeply appreciate the strong support I have received from Connecticut’s law enforcement community,” said Cicarella. “As a father, youth sports coach, and former corrections officer, I feel very strongly that public safety needs to be a priority, along with jobs, education and health care. Building communities where both the public and our law enforcement officers are safe and protected is an important step in giving all people, especially our children, opportunities to succeed. As a state senator, I will work hard to make sure public safety is a top priority and bring all voices and perspectives together so Connecticut can be a safer place for all people.”

“There is no question in our mind that you will support law enforcement and keep the people of your district safe at a time when law and order has never been so important,” Sgt. John Krupinsky, President of the Connecticut Fraternal Order of Police wrote in a letter to Paul Cicarella. “I urge all citizens living in your Senate District to join us in voting for you and keep your communities safe.”

“Due to Paul Cicarella, Jr.’s background as a corrections officer and private investigator, we believe he will serve the communities of North Haven, East Haven, Wallingford and Durham with public safety as a top priority,” Jason R. Janosko, President of the North Haven Police Union said, describing him as an individual “we want to represent us at the State Capitol” who will “keep our community safe by providing the resources we need to do our job.”

Janosko also highlighted State Senator Len Fasano’s support of Paul Cicarella saying, ” Although Senator Fasano is retiring, we as the North Haven Police Union trust Senator Fasano’s endorsement of Paul.”

The Executive Board of the New Haven Police Union, Elm City Local also endorsed Paul Cicarella saying, “The New Haven Police Union would also like to endorse Paul Cicarella to continue the dedicated service of Senator Fasano in the 34th district. We look forward to working with Paul in the state senate.”

Paul Cicarella is a small business owner and former corrections officer who grew up in East Haven and currently lives in North Haven with his wife Christy who works as a nurse, their two children who attend North Haven public schools, and their two bulldogs. Cicarella founded Advanced Investigations, LLC, a private investigations agency. He is also the owner of National Bug Sweep and Advanced Installations and serves as President of CT Private Investigators Association and Director of National Council of Investigation and Security Services.

In addition to earning multiple public safety endorsements, he has also been endorsed by the Republican Party, the Independent Party of CT, NFIB Connecticut and the CT Carpenters’ Union Local 326.

Cicarella is running to represent the 34th district including the towns of Durham, East Haven, North Haven and Wallingford.
