Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University welcomes the Class of 2019 at annual White Coat Ceremony

In addition to the cloaking of the white coats, Dr. Bruce Koeppen, dean of the medical school and vice president for health affairs, and Dr. Steven Benaderet addressed the class of 2019. Dr. J. Alan Otsuki, senior associate dean for medical education at the medical school, led the new medical students in the Hippocratic Oath.

Schreiber was one of 91 first-year-medical students who took part in the ceremony, which signifies the start of medical school. This year’s medical school class includes students from Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Wisconsin and Virginia.
