New U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Official to Discuss Health Risks of Veterans

Linda Schwartz, the recently confirmed assistant secretary of veterans affairs for policy and planning in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, will discuss “What Health Professionals Need to Know About the Health Risks of Veterans” from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Oct. 9, in the Center for Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences on the North Haven Campus at Quinnipiac University.
