The foundation recently launched its “Parent Plate Program” with Yale New Haven Hospital to address food affordability and accessibility issues that parents often face when caring for their child in the hospital. The event raised more than $8,000 for families in need.

By partnering with children’s hospitals, the Parent Plate Program utilizes the hospital’s existing food service infrastructure to provide food to parents.
