NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – A North Haven housing official that was arrested on sexual assault charges Tuesday, faced a judge Wednesday afternoon for arraignment.
Ralph Cook, the housing authority’s chairman and a Rotary Club volunteer, is still behind bars at the North Haven Police Department. He is charged with first degree sexual assault and unlawful restraint.
